. Kathmandu - Nagarkot, (Around 2.1 Km, By Car & Trek) Drive to Changu Narayan Temple from Kathmandu (around 45 mins), to pay your respect to this perhaps the oldest temple in Nepal, which stands as the epitome of culture, religion, history and faith of the Kathmandu valley. Continue with a hike (3-4 hours) to Nagarkot through a pine forest, en route enjoying the panoramic views of Mt. Himalaya and the pine forest.
Nagarkot - Dhulikhel (Around 1.44 Km, By Car & Trek) for a magnificent sunrise, you’ll then have a gentle downhill walk (2- 3 hours) to a small Newari village called Nala, along the way enjoy the picture sque views of mountains, hills, villages and paddy fields. Upon arrival, visit the Nala Bhagwati Temple, before a drive to Dhulikhel, an ancient town you’ll see the Newar town with traditional atmosphere, spectacular views of peaks, fine old Nepalese buildings and temples.
Dhulikhel - Namo Buddha - Balthali, Trekking a light trek around 3 hours to the Namo Buddha, one of the three most important religious sites in Nepal, located in a very quiet and pure place with views of amazing snow-covered Himalayan ranges. From there another 3-hour walk will lead you to the enchanting Balthali village, which offers excellent mountain views at an altitude of 1,730 m.
Balthali - Phariping Drive to Hattiban (approx. 3 hrs) and then hike to Champadevi. Champadevi hiking is an easy and enjoyable day hike starting from Hattiban Resort gradually up for about half an hour along trail toward the north ridge and through pine forested area which takes about 2 hours to reach on top of ridge. On the way you will enjoy the view of Langtang, Gauri Shankar, Jugal, Dorge Lakpa Himalayas. Apart from it, we can observe the bustling Kathmandu city and eye-catching village settlements from the top.
